Visited Gunnersbury Park today with my husband and dog, have been a regular here for 15 years, and as no coffee options we buy from the garage and drink them in that lovely Conservatory.
We were astounded by a young girl so rudely to tell us we are closing, and must leave immediately.
I asked for just 5 minutes to finish our coffees, she waved her arms up, no, you must go now. It says on the door, but there wasn’t any notification to say when it was closing. When i highlighted this, she said, well, there normally is, but go now.
As we prepared to leave, she very rudely banged tables around us, dragging the dog ice cream sign in.
I really should have pressed the red button on the feed back form.
We have never encountered such a rude and aggressive member of the Gunnersbury Team. She clearly was in a bad mood, or hasn’t the customer skills to interact with the public.
She spoilt our outing there. She let Gunnersbury Park down.
